Gorgeous and well appointed hotel, wonderful staff, truly enjoyed the fantastic location near to bars and restaurants, and the shops a restaurants of Harrogate. My exceptionally clean and airy room included exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, an iron and ironing board, and coffee and tea making facilities. This place was just what I had in mind, would recommend.

The owner, Sam, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. the bed was so comfortable that I could have stayed in it all day. the breakfast options were amazing, with the ability to order anything I wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

That the room felt a little tight once my luggage was in there. However, it was still manageable, and the room itself was beautifully furnished.

This accommodation is situated in an ideal location, close to the town centre which makes it easy to find and offers an array of fantastic restaurants in the immediate area. the rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms and beds, while the service provided by the staff is second to none. Guests even receive a parking disc for a nearby location. the breakfast is freshly prepared with a great choice, including locally sourced fruit and a cooked breakfast that many have called the best ever.

Some guests have found the price to be on the higher side compared to other B&Bs in the area.
